Windows and Java viewers: download them from the KVM management and install them on your computer. Repeat this operation after each upgrade because old viewers may be incompatible with KVM switches running recent software versions.

Unzip and click on the .exe file. Getipdev runs on Windows. It finds, lists and allows changing the IP address of all listed equipments that are connected to the LAN, whatever their current IP address is.

Note: Setup changes made with Getipdev are not saved in Flash memory, so they are lost as soon as the device is restarted. You should use the device administration for non-volatile settings.

KCenter 2.3 needs Java™ version 8 or newer.

On Windows, unzip KCenterSetup.zip, and install KCenter by clicking on KCenterSetup.exe. Then cLick on KCenter icon to run KCenter.

On other platforms, unzip KCenterJava.zip and run kcenter.jar by directly clicking on it if the .jar association is correct in the OS. Otherwise open a console and type java -jar kcenter.jar. 

This CDROM is bootable. Il allows you to run the software utility for low-level hardware diagnostics under FreeDos. Il contains all PROATM drivers and sample programs. However, please be aware that this CDROM may not be as up to date as the drivers provided below.

The ProATM-W10 package is for Windows 10. It is signed by Microsoft. That aside, it is identical to PROATM-WDM.

The PROATM-WDM package is compatible with 32-bit AND 64-bit Windows OS versions from Windows Vista to Windows 8. It contains the PROATM-WDM device driver and the VMP-ATM NDIS6 driver, plus a management tool. The WDM driver allows building ATM applications using the UBR, CBR and VBR qualities of service across PVCs. The VMP-ATM NDIS6 driver emulates an Ethernet card and makes it possible to communicate over ATM networks by using standard TCP/IP applications just as you would do with any Ethernet interface. The difference is you can create as many virtual cards as you need, allowing to communicate via several independant channels across the fiber. It is compatible with standard WINSOCK for applications based on TCP/IP sockets. The ATM protocol used in the fiber is Classical IP or Multiprotocol (RFC 2684).

The PROATM-WDM-133 package is the old package providing an NDIS5 VMP-ATM driver. It is compatible with Windows XP but no longer compatible with Windows 10.

Driver for PROATM cards. It lets you use the ATM software layers integrated into Windows XP / Windows Server 2003.
This version supports AAL0 and AAL5 for UBR, CBR, ABR and VBR QoS with 155 Mbps and 25Mbps cards. It includes an installer and a diagnostic software.

Use proatm.msi on 32-bit architectures and proatmx64.msi on AMD64 architectures.

Testatm is a Windows graphic application allowing to do loop tests or interconnection tests with the Prosum ATM cards. Extract the files and open the testatm project with Visual C++.

Atmmultivc is a simple console application demonstrating how to open and close several ATM Virtual Channels and how to send and receive data over these channels. Unzip atmmultivc.zip and open the atmmultivc project with Visual C++.

Testatm and atmmultivc work as well with the NDIS5 driver on Windows XP as with the WDM driver on Windows Vista to Windows 11.

This driver runs on kernels 2.6.0 to 6.2.0 for the x86 and x86_64 architectures. It supports AAL0 and AAL5 for UBR, CBR, VBR and ABR QoS with 155 Mbps PROATM cards. It can respond to OAM cells automatically without the help of any user program. A script for automatic installation is provided.

Extract the files from proatm-linux.tgz into a working folder by typing "tar xvzf proatm-linux.tgz". Refer to the README or README.pdf file for installation method. Refer to the changelog file for last modifications.

Use the new driver proatm-linux.

Some small differences with the standard Linux-atm package:

• can be compiled with gcc-4.x
• extra -h option in atmdump permitting to enter hexadecimal content
• support of VBR QoS
• fix some problems with atmarpd on 2.6.x kernels
• "sonetdiag" provides the type of frames: SDH or SONET
• provides a performance test "aloop"

Make sure that the flex package is installed on your computer. Then extract the files, and refer to the INSTALL file.
